Your tour guide will meet you at the first location and will guide you through the whole experience, walking from stop to stop. All locations and menu items are curated in advance, so your only job is to show up, have a great time and enjoy all the food and drinks.

You can totally sign up for a public tour on your own! Or you can choose to bring your significant other, your friends, your parents, or your in-laws (perfect if you’re hosting people from out of town!). The minimum number of sign-ups required to run a public tour in Jersey City is 6, Red Bank/Princeton/Somerville 8, and we max out at 16 (JC & Princeton), and 20 (RB & Somerville). If you don’t see a date on the calendar that works for you and want to host a private tour for 8 or more, please email info@beyondtheplatefoodtours.com or call 551.233.9553.
We recommend having a light breakfast! By the time we’ve tasted our way through 4 locations, there will be no need for dinner afterward. There are generally 3 drink pairings on every tour and will usually be a mix of select wines, cocktails, or beers.
Alcohol can be substituted for non-alcoholic beverages.
